A grievance is a societal or personal issue or condition that a student or a related stake holder like faculty, staff and parents or declared guardian believes to be unfair or unjust or causing hardship or inequitable or discriminatory or a hindrance to his/her education in the campus. Such a grievance is considered as a genuine complaint for redressal. Students and related stake holder who have a grievance within the college campus, SJCIT as experienced by them should register in the prescribed form and submit. Students should allow 10 business days to receive a response to their grievance so registered from the date of acknowledgement.
